Abstract: ABSTRACT A radiopaque intraoral marker pen is disclosed for accurately marking dental implant sites such that the markings are visible both clinically and in radiographic imaging. The device comprises a pen-like structure containing a biocompatible radiopaque ink formulation, including compounds such as barium sulfate, zirconium oxide, or bismuth oxide. The ink is delivered through a c_ontrolled_micro-tip applicator onto oral tissues or surgical-guides. Hpon-imaging using X~ray-or CBCT, the applied marking appears as a distinct radiopaque indicator, enabling precise correlation between clinical marking and underlying anatomical structures. This invention improves diagnostic accuracy, reduces surgical errors, and enhances implant placement outcomes.
