Abstract: An aircraft-based system (100) for predictive micro-turbulence anticipation is disclosed for real-time operation in high-radiation and GPS-denied environments. The system comprises a radiation-hardened control module (101) including a Silicon Carbide microcontroller (102) and ferroelectric random access memory (103) for resilient execution of flight and data-processing firmware. A radiation-tolerant sensor array (104) includes redundant inertial measurement units (105), a solid-state gamma radiation sensor (106), and a three-dimensional ranging sensor (107). Sensor data are processed by a sensor data handling module (108) and a fault-tolerant state estimation module (109) to maintain stable autonomous flight under radiation exposure. A mapping fusion module (110) spatially associates radiation data with three-dimensional environmental data to generate a three-dimensional radiological map. A secure telemetry unit (111) encrypts and transmits the generated map to a remote station, enabling reliable radiological assessment of hazardous environments.
