Abstract: A radiant cooling pipe installation device for floor, comprising a cylindrical housing 101 positioned on a floor, a spool 102 wrapped by a radiant cooling pipe, a motorized roller via an L-shaped telescopically operated link to move the roller over the pipe, an ultrasonic sensor to detect distance of the roller, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 105 for monitoring presence of a grid laid on the floor, a primary telescopically operated gripper 106 to clasp the pipe and engage it in grooves of the grid, an L-shaped pusher 107 to exert pressure on the pipe inside the groove, a first robotic am to grip fasteners from a chamber for positioning it on the pipe, a secondary telescopically operated gripper 109 to grasp screws from a container 110 for positioning the holes of the fasteners, a second robotic arm with a drilling unit to fasten the screws.
