Abstract: In response to the increasing need for accessible, structured, and effective solutions to help individuals overcome smoking addiction, our project focuses on developing an innovative Quit Smoking Management Web Application. This platform is designed to provide a guided, supportive, and transparent system that assists users in their journey toward quitting smoking through personalized tracking, behavioral insights, and expert-approved therapy methods. The application connects users with certified health professionals, counselors, and a network of verified wellness centers within the city. All support and content provided within the system are monitored and approved by a Medical Wellness Council, which acts as the central authority to ensure accuracy, ethical standards, and safety. Health professionals and centers can join the platform only after submitting valid certifications, which are verified by the council. Once approved, they gain controlled access to user progress data and can offer personalized guidance, therapy sessions, and habit-breaking strategies. The centralized database managed exclusively by the Medical Wellness Council—maintains complete transparency, security, and accountability of all user information. While counselors and wellness centers can view only the data relevant to their sessions, the council retains full administrative control, ensuring the system remains secure, trustworthy, and compliant with health regulations.
