Abstract: Disclosed is a novel quercetin-hexahydric alcohol cocrystal. These cocrystals have been developed as innovative pharmaceutical formulations. The present invention encompasses methods for producing these cocrystal materials, as well as their application as bioenhancers for active pharmaceutical ingredients, phytochemicals, vitamins, and minerals. The disclosed process for preparing quercetin-hexahydric alcohol cocrystals involves the formation of the cocrystal through a kinetic-controlled co crystallization process, enhancing the bioavailability and efficacy of bioactive compounds.
