MUMBAI, India, June 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641068817 A) filed by Sr University on June 01, 2026, for Quantum System For Parallel Neural Network Design Search And Performance Evaluation.

Inventors include Dr. C Madan Kumar; Radhakrishnan P; Dr. Y Manju Sree; and N. Siddi Vinayaka.

The application for the patent was published on June 12, 2026, under issue no. 24/2026.

Abstract: A quantum system for parallel neural network design search and performance evaluation, comprises a quantum processing unit 101 comprising multiple qubits, a memory 103 storing a search space definition, a quantum encoding circuit 104 to map the discrete structural decisions into one or more qubit registers and to prepare a superposition state representing multiple candidate network configurations, a quantum evaluation circuit 105 executable on the quantum processing unit 101 to map at least one performance objective of the candidate network configurations into a measurable quantum quantity, a phase, or an ancillary measurement probability, using interference between quantum paths corresponding to different candidate configurations, a measurement and selection unit 106 to measure the quantum state and output one or more selected candidate configurations based on the encoded performance objective, a hybrid quantum-classical interface 110 to translate the selected candidate configurations into deployable classical neural network specifications.
