MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611096055 A) filed by Chandigarh University on August 08, 2026, for Quantum-Secured Non-Invasive Neuro-Interface For Brain-To-Ai Communication And Instant Cognitive Transfer.
Inventors include Dr. Rohan Gupta; and Ayush Mahanta.
The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: The present invention discloses a quantum-secured non-invasive bi-directional neuro-interface system configured to enable direct communication between the human brain and external computational systems including artificial intelligence platforms, cloud databases, electronic devices, and other human brains. The invention comprises a Quantum Neural Sensor, Pulse Encoder Modulator, Knowledge Injection Unit, Synaptic Pulse Injector, Artificial Memory Builder, Skill Layer Mapping Technology, Neural Encryption System, and Quantum Time-Lock Protection System for real-time neural data acquisition, cognitive transfer, memory implantation, and skill integration. The system enables instantaneous transfer of knowledge, procedural expertise, artificial memories, and motor skills directly into targeted neural regions through electromagnetic neural stimulation without surgical implantation. The invention further facilitates brain-to-brain communication, cognition-based device control, and AI-assisted neural synchronization. Advanced neural encryption and anti-tampering protocols protect cognitive data against unauthorized access, hacking, reverse engineering, and future quantum computational threats, thereby establishing a secure framework for human-machine symbiosis and cognitive enhancement
