Abstract: ABSTRACT QUANTUM-INSPIRED ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FRAMEWORK FOR CROSS-LAYER OPTIMIZATION OF ENERGY-EFFICIENT NB-IOT HEALTHCARE MONITORING The present invention discloses a quantum-inspired artificial intelligence framework (100) for cross-layer optimization of energy-efficient NB-IoT based remote healthcare monitoring systems. The framework comprises a Data Acquisition Layer (110) with wearable (112) and implantable (114) IoT health sensor devices, a Quantum-Inspired Variational Channel Encoding Network module (120) for transforming sensor data into high-fidelity latent representations, an Energy-Aware Swarm Reinforcement Learning module (130) for dynamic transmission scheduling and power allocation optimization, a Topology-Aware Graph Attention Network module (140) for modeling network interference in rural NB- IoT deployments, an Anomaly Detection via Quantum Digital Twin module (150) for real-time detection of signal degradation and network instability, and a Meta-Learning Cross-Layer Decision Fusion module (160) that integrates outputs from all intermediate modules to generate globally optimized control decisions. The framework enables reliable, low-latency, and energy-efficient transmission of patient health data over NB-IoT networks in resource-constrained environments. [
