MUMBAI, India, Aug. 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641097391 A) filed by Vellore Institute Of Technology on August 12, 2026, for Quantum Control System And Method For Adaptive Quantum Circuit Execution.
Inventors include Ramya. G; Gopika S; and Dhaya Lakshmi A.
The application for the patent was published on August 21, 2026, under issue no. 34/2026.
Abstract: QUANTUM CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ADAPTIVE QUANTUM CIRCUIT EXECUTION A quantum control system (104) is provided. The quantum control system (104) includes one or more processors (106), a memory (108), and one or more communication interfaces (110). The one or more communication interfaces (110) are configured to receive measurement data associated with a plurality of physical qubits (114) of a quantum computing system (112). The one or more processors (106) are configured to determine causal propagation directions of noise, construct and continuously update a directed spatiotemporal noise topology graph, identify one or more noise hotspots, predict one or more future noise hotspots, generate disturbance fingerprints, determine an originating physical qubit (114) associated with a disturbance, modify execution of a quantum circuit by selecting an alternative execution path for one or more quantum gate operations, and transmit control information indicative of the modified execution path to the quantum computing system (112), thereby enabling adaptive quantum circuit execution under dynamically varying noise conditions.
