Abstract: The present invention relates to a Quantvm~Resistant Encryption Framework (QREF) for protecting next generation computing systems from both classical and quantum cyberattacks. As the quantum computer develops, the traditional public key cryptography, including Diffie- • -'1• ! . Hellman, ECC and RSA, will be easier and easier to be cracked by quantum algorithm such as Shor's algorithm and Grover's algorithm. The proposed security architecture is adaptive, multilayered, and unifies the use of lattice-based cryptography, hash-based signatures, code-based encryption, and multivariate polynomial cryptography in a single security ecosystem. The framework also includes an Artificial. Intelligence (AI) based threat prediction system that r can detect possible cryptographic weaknesses and adaptively modify the encryption at runtime. A tamper-proof key validation module that is d,ecentralized, using the blockchain, guarantees secure management of keys and authentication. The framework also employs quantum entropy generation and adaptive encryption switching for protecting against any new threats from the quantum world. The invention also provides for a self- evolving cryptographic orchestration engme that automatically evolves the encryption standards according to risk assessments and computational threat levels. The proposed framework will provide robust security features in terms of confidentiality, integrity, authentication, and resilience, making it suitable for diverse applications such as cloud computing, edge computing, Internet of Things (loT), critical infrastructure, fmancial ·systems, military communications, healthcare data management, and next-generation digital ecosystems. The invention combines post-quantum cryptographic algorithms, intelligent security adaptation, and decentralized trust management, creating a scalable and future-proof cybersecurity solution that ensures secure digital communications even in the quantum computing era.
