Abstract: The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical traceability system (100) configured to provide dynamically accessible medicine- related information through individual medicine units. The system (100) comprises a centralized pharmaceutical database (104), a QR- code generation engine (106), a printing module (108), a scanning interface (110), and a retrieval module (112). Unique machine- readable QR codes are printed directly on medicine strips or pharmaceutical units and linked with dynamically updateable pharmaceutical information stored in the centralized pharmaceutical database (104). Upon scanning the QR code through a mobile device, the retrieval module (112) retrieves and displays expiry information, dosage instructions, composition data, contraindications, safety advisories, and recall notifications associated with the corresponding medicine unit. The invention enables unit-level pharmaceutical traceability, multilingual medicine-information access, real-time pharmaceutical updates, counterfeit verification, and consumer-accessible healthcare information independent of external packaging materials.
