The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.

Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a pyrotechnic device (100) configured to generate a pyrotechnic visual effect while enabling controlled embedding of seeds into soil through an integrated seed placement mechanism, thereby facilitating enhanced seed-to-soil contact and supporting germination of the embedded seeds. The pyrotechnic device (100) comprises a hollow body (102), a partition structure (104), an upper pyrotechnic compartment (106), a lower seed embedding compartment (108), a pyrotechnic composition (110), a seed embedding assembly (112), an ignition member (118), plurality of pressure vent openings (122), a buffering layer (130), a moisture-retention layer (136), and a base (138). The pyrotechnic device (100) facilitates controlled seed placement through downward movement of the seed embedding assembly (112), improves seed-to-soil contact and germination potential, reduces seed loss, supports moisture availability, and minimizes residual waste through biodegradable construction.
