Abstract: ABSTRACT PYRAZOLE-BASED DERIVATIVES AND A PROCESS FOR THEIR PREPARATION The present disclosure relates to pyrazole-based derivatives and a process for their preparation. Particularly, the present disclosure relates to pyrazole-based derivatives as ß-site amyloid precursor protein cleaving enzyme 1 (BACE1) inhibitors for cancer therapy. Further, the pyrazole-based derivatives have improved metabolic safety, target specificity and blood-brain barrier penetration. Furthermore, the present disclosure provides a process for the preparation of the pyrazole-based derivatives. The process of the present disclosure is simple, efficient, cost-effective, environment-friendly and commercially scalable.
