Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a PVDF–carbon smart sensor integrated elastic fabric for wearable health monitoring. The invention comprises an elastic textile substrate, a flexible polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)–carbon composite sensing film, conductive textile interconnections, and a fixation mechanism for secure sensor integration. The elastic fabric provides flexibility, breathability, skin compatibility, and continuous body contact, while the PVDF–carbon sensing layer detects physiological variations and converts them into electrical signals. Conductive textile elements such as conductive threads or yarns transmit the signals without affecting wearability. The invention eliminates rigid sensor modules and bulky electronic housings, thereby improving comfort, flexibility, and long-term usability. The textile- based structure enables continuous, non-invasive physiological monitoring and supports scalable fabrication for smart healthcare textiles, preventive care, and wearable medical applications.
