MUMBAI, India, Sept. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641101179 A) filed by Dpdp Consultancy Private Limited on August 21, 2026, for Purpose-Bound Consent State Orchestration With Presentation Integrity And Distributed Execution Fenc.

Inventor includes Dharmalingam Arun Karthik.

The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT PURPOSE-BOUND CONSENT STATE ORCHESTRATION WITH PRESENTATION INTEGRITY AND DISTRIBUTED EXECUTION FENCING A networked consent-state orchestration control plane verifies correspondence between a resolved privacy artifact, a post-render semantic presentation and a purpose- bound Principal decision. An embedded component forms a semantic presentation snapshot; an integrity engine independently canonicalises the resolved artifact and snapshot and a correspondence gate controls verified acceptance. A dual-state engine atomically binds the decision transition to a privacy-state version, semantic revocation epoch and immutable target plan. Fenced instructions are transmitted to target systems and authenticated applied-version attestations are reconciled against a machine-evaluable closure predicate before VERIFIED CLOSED. A target-side connector embodiment rejects stale tuples before side effects and treats matching duplicates idempotently. Evidence events are hash-linked, batch-authenticated and independently anchorable. The architecture separates privacy-control metadata from underlying business-data payloads.
