A front side pulley device (30) that converts a moving direction of a closed side cable (22) driven by a drive source. The front side pulley device includes: a pulley case (31), fixed to a body panel (11a); first and second pulley accommodating parts, provided inside the pulley case (31); first and second pulley shafts (PS1) and (PS2), provided in the first and second pulley accommodating parts, respectively; first and second pulleys rotatably supported by the first pulley shaft (PS1) and the second pulley shaft (PS2), respectively, around which the closed side cable (22) is wound; and first and second cable entry and exit holes (HL1) and (HL2) provided in the pulley case (31) and communicating between inside and outside of the pulley case (31).
