Abstract: The invention relates to a pull-out guide (1) comprising: a stationary guide rail (2) that can be fixed to a body; a middle rail (3) that is held on the guide rail (2) such that it can be moved via first rolling elements (5); a running rail (4) that is held on the middle rail (3) such that it can be moved via second rolling elements (6); and a bearing block (20) that is fixed to the middle rail (3) and has a rotatable support roller (11) for supporting the running rail (4) over at least part of the movement path of the running rail (4), wherein the support roller (11) extends through an opening at an upper portion of the middle rail (3), wherein the support roller (11) can be moved in a vertical direction and is held in a raised position by at least one spring element (27). This allows the support roller (11) to be substantially held at the height at which it is arranged in the retracted position between the running rail (4) and the guide rail (2).
