Abstract: The invention relates to a pull-out guide for a drawer element. The pull-out guide has: a guide rail which can be mounted on a furniture carcass; a centre rail which is mounted such that it can be displaced relative to the guide rail; and a running rail which is mounted such that it can be displaced relative to the centre rail and the guide rail and which can be mounted on the drawer element. In addition, the running rail can be moved in an opening direction and in an opposite closing direction. The pull- out guide also has a guide rail synchronisation element and a running rail synchronisation element, both of which can be displaced relative to the opening direction. The guide rail synchronisation element has a guide rail rack. The running rail synchronisation element has a running rail rack. A synchronisation gear is rotatably mounted on the centre rail and meshes with the running rail rack and the guide rail rack. The running rail synchronisation element is arranged at least partially between the running rail and the centre rail. The guide rail synchronisation element has a first portion between the guide rail and the centre rail and a second portion with the guide rail rack that engages around the centre rail. A support element fixedly connected to the guide rail is arranged below the second portion.
