Abstract: The invention relates to a pull-out guide (1) comprising: a stationary guide rail (2) that can be fixed to a body; a middle rail (3) that is held on the guide rail (2) such that it can be moved via first rolling elements (5); a running rail (4) that is held on the middle rail (3) such that it can be moved via second rolling elements (6); and a bearing block (10, 20) that is fixed to the middle rail (3) and has a rotatable support roller (11) for supporting the running rail (4) at least over part of the movement path of the running rail (4) on the guide rail (2), wherein the support roller (11) extends through an opening at an upper portion of the middle rail (3), wherein the middle rail (3) has, at a substantially vertical bridging element (32), a recess (14) which is open towards an end face and at which the bearing block (10, 20) is secured by a holding portion (12, 22). The invention also relates to a method for mounting a pull-out guide (1) by means of which the bearing block (10, 20) can be effectively fixed to the middle rail (3).
