Abstract: The present invention relates to the fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Digital Twin Technology, Behavioral Computing, Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Analytics, Sustainability Intelligence, Predictive Computing, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Decision Support Systems. The invention discloses an AI-enabled Psychological Sustainability Digital Twin and Predictive Human Resilience Analytics System for continuously modelling, monitoring, predicting, and optimizing psychological sustainability, employee wellbeing, workforce resilience, and organizational adaptability. The system integrates behavioral, emotional, cognitive, social, and organizational data collected from multiple enterprise sources to generate dynamic Psychological Sustainability Digital Twins representing individuals, teams, departments, and organizations. Advanced AI and machine learning algorithms continuously update these digital twins based on real-time behavioral changes and workplace conditions. The invention computes a proprietary Human Sustainability Index (HSI) that quantitatively measures psychological sustainability and resilience while forecasting burnout risk, disengagement probability, stress accumulation, adaptability patterns, and future wellbeing outcomes. This involves the utilization of an Artificial Intelligence-based Policy Simulation Engine to determine the effects that organizational decisions such as changes in work load, leadership, wellness and restructuring may have on an organization. Additionally, an intelligent Recommendation Engine comes up with specific interventions for different individuals in an organization such as employees, managers, Human Resources professionals and organizational leaders.
