Abstract: The titled invention discloses a prosthetic torso support brace measurement apparatus with adjustable and shoulder suspension bars for supporting a patient in a substantially upright, vertically aligned or hanging posture during orthopedic torso and spinal measurement. The apparatus comprises a broad fixed base (1), dual vertical columns (2), dual vertical linear actuators (3), a cross-feed bar hub (4), dual 10 cross-feed bars (5), dual shoulder-suspending arms (6), a sitting pad (7), a seat raising plunger (8), an interlinking supportive bar (9), and a control panel (10). The vertical linear actuators provide controlled raising and lowering of the shouldersupport assembly, while the cross-feed bars permit lateral adjustment of the shoulder-suspending arms according to the patient's shoulder width. The seat raising 15 plunger selectively raises the sitting pad and assists in positioning the patient in an elevated, supported or partially suspended posture. The shoulder- suspending arms support the patient's shoulder region and reduce unwanted torso movement, thereby enabling a technician to obtain accurate and repeatable torso, spinal and anatomical measurements for fitting or fabrication of a prosthetic or orthopedic torso support 20 brace
