Abstract: The present invention relates to an integrated production optimization system for corrugated chappal carton box manufacturing industries. The invention aims to improve the overall efficiency of the production process by identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing practical engineering solutions that enhance productivity, reduce manufacturing costs, minimize material wastage, and improve product quality. The system involves a detailed study of the complete production line, including corrugation, cutting, slotting, die cutting, print pasting, folding, inspection, and final bundling. During the study, various issues such as machine idle time, inefficient workflow, excessive material movement, manual waste removal after die cutting, inconsistent print pasting, and labor dependency were identified as major factors affecting production efficiency and profitability. To overcome these limitations, the invention proposes an integrated optimization approach that includes improved machine layout, better workflow coordination, efficient labor utilization, reduction of material wastage, controlled adhesive application during print pasting, and the introduction of a pneumatic waste stripping system to replace the conventional manual waste removal process. The proposed system increases production output, reduces the cost per piece, improves product quality, minimizes rejection rates, and enhances overall profitability without requiring major modifications to the existing production setup. The invention provides a simple, economical, and easily implementable solution that enables carton box manufacturing industries to maximize resource utilization, improve operational performance, and achieve sustainable growth through continuous production improvement.
