Abstract: Provided is a production process for a microbial cytoplasmic macromolecular extract. According to the process, microbes are used as a raw material, and microbial cell walls are destroyed using a low-temperature wall breaking method, wherein wall breaking can allow for release of soluble substances in microbial cytoplasm; then, solid substances in a wall-broken mixture are removed by separation to obtain the soluble substances in the microbial cytoplasm, and medium and small molecular substances containing color, odor and inorganic salts in the soluble substances are removed by microfiltration to obtain concentrated macromolecular substances; medium and small molecular substances in the concentrated macromolecular substances are further removed by adding water repeatedly for dilution and then filtering and concentrating, to obtain a pure colorless, odorless and saltless cytoplasmic macromolecular extract. In the entire production process, the temperature is always kept low, and no other chemicals and enzymes are added, thereby ensuring that the obtained microbial cytoplasmic macromolecular extract maintains the original biological activity.
