Abstract: A produce peeling device, comprises of a L-shaped body 101 configured with plurality of suction cups 102 adapted to be affixed over a surface, a telescopic rod 103 positioned over body 101 and configured with a pneumatic pin 104, an imaging unit 105 installed on body 101 to detect presence of produce, a motored circular platform 106 installed on base portion of body 101 for securing of produce, a capacitive sensor installed over platform 106 to detect thickness of peel, a motorized hinge 110 positioned between first blade 107 and bar 108 to adjust angle and depth of first blade 107, a motorized ball and socket joint positioned in between second blade 112 and actuator 111 to provide multi-directional movement to second blade 112, a robotic arm 114 installed over platform 106 to collect removed peels, and a UV sanitization unit installed over body 101 for sanitizing all contact surfaces.
