Abstract: The preparation process of natural color dye comprises of degumming, preprocessing of dyeing and dyeing process of the yarn or fabric threads. The degumming process is performed with the preparation of solution made up of soap-nut seeds, ash and water in order to remove the glue present in the fabric. The pre-processing of dyeing is performed by adding Alum powder and water in order to absorb the dye. The dyeing process is carried with the pre-processed yarn or fabric threads by washing with water and adding the naturals materials for coloring. The natural materials used for golden yellow color dyeing is the peels of red onion and for light brown color is mesquite/ babul barks or its central stem. The laboratory report confirms that the release of Aryl amines on reductive cleavage with sodium dithionite is negative for the present invention.
