Abstract: The present invention provides a condition-adaptive process for manufacturing three-dimensional printed polymer components with enhanced and consistent mechanical properties. A digital component model defines successive deposition paths, while a polymer feedstock is deposited through a material deposition apparatus. During fabrication, manufacturing-condition data including temperature, material flow, deposition rate, cooling behavior, environmental conditions, and deposited-layer geometry is acquired. A processing arrangement determines a prevailing deposition condition and compares the condition with a target associated with polymer consolidation and a desired mechanical-property characteristic. In response to a detected deviation, one or more printing parameters are adaptively modified, including extrusion temperature, deposition speed, extrusion flow, cooling intensity, and layer height. Subsequent manufacturing data is evaluated to determine the effectiveness of the adjustment. The feedback-based process thereby compensates for changing printing conditions, improves interlayer bonding, reduces deposition defects, and enhances consistency of mechanical properties across the manufactured polymer component.
