MUMBAI, India, July 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521116198 A) filed by Indian Institute Of Technology Bombay; and International Centre For Genetic on November 24, 2025, for Process Development For The Synthesis Of Amino Acid Adenosine-Sulfamoyl Conjugates And Uses Thereof.

Abstract: Provided herein is a process to develop AMS-amino acid conjugates using nucleophilic substitution on tetraflurophenol ester derivatives of amino acids using adenosine sulfamoyl nucleophile. The amino acid tetraflurophenol ester derivatives are stable, high- yielding, and easy to handle to avail the AMS-amino acid conjugates.
