Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of imaging and therapeutic probes, and specifically relates to a probe and a use thereof in imaging and therapy. The present invention specifically provides a complex, comprising: 1) a protein shell, wherein the protein shell is a third structural domain of albumin or a variant thereof, or a third structural domain a-subunit of albumin or a variant thereof; 2) a small molecule binding to the protein shell; and 3) a functionalized fragment binding to the protein shell, wherein the functionalized fragment is a molecule capable of being applied to diagnosis, prevention or treatment of kidney-bladder clearance pathway diseases. Also provided is a use of the complex.
