Abstract: Many colleges face difficulties in managing student complaints efficiently, which often leads to delays and repeated issues. Traditional complaint systems mainly work after a problem occurs and do not help in preventing future problems. This project aims to solve this issue by combining complaint handling with prediction techniques. The system allows students to raise complaints under different categories, add descriptions, upload images, and track complaint status. Managers handle department- wise complaints and respond to student queries, while administrators manage users and monitor all complaints. The system also provides notifications whenever the status or comments are updated. Data visualization dashboards help users understand complaint status and trends easily. The main feature of the system is complaint prediction for the next two months. A time-series forecasting model called Prophet is used to analyze past complaint data. Natural Language Processing is applied to extract information about complaints. The prediction results help college management take preventive actions in advance. This proactive approach helps reduce future complaints and improve student satisfaction.
