Abstract: A system (100) and method for privacy-preserving synthetic data generation with distributional fidelity guarantees via adversarial– Bayesian hybrid modeling are disclosed. The system (100) comprises a memory (102), a processor (104), and a communication module (106) configured to facilitate secure computational processing and data exchange. The processor (104) executes a data acquisition and preprocessing module (108) configured to receive source datasets, identify sensitive information, and prepare processed input data. An adversarial generation module (110) generates synthetic data instances configured to emulate statistical characteristics of original datasets. A Bayesian distribution modeling module (112) determines probabilistic representations, uncertainty estimates, and dependency characteristics associated with generated and source datasets. A privacy-fidelity optimization module (114) jointly optimizes privacy preservation objectives and distributional fidelity metrics to generate synthetic datasets maintaining analytical utility and statistical consistency while reducing disclosure risks.
