Abstract: A privacy-preserving federated medical diagnostic system for detecting pancreatic cancer, comprising a plurality of hospital computing nodes 101 configured to locally store data and train a deep learning model without transmitting raw patient imaging data outside respective hospitals, an explainability engine 102 to generate patient- specific explainability outputs, a drift detection module 103 to analyze institutional data distribution characteristics and quantify data drift, a trust score calculator 104 to compute trust scores for the hospital computing nodes 101, an adaptive federated aggregation server 105 configured to generate a global model update using trust- weighted aggregation based on the computed trust scores, a patient-facing prediction interface 106 configured to apply the aggregated global model for generating pancreatic cancer risk prediction, and a report generation module 107 configured to generate a patient-readable diagnostic report.
