Abstract: PRIVACY-FIRST- SECURE IMAGE FORMAT, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SECURING, MANAGING, AND SHARING DIGITAL IMAGES The present invention provides, Privacy-First Image – Secure Image Format (PrivSIF), a system and method for securing, managing, and sharing digital images. PrivSIF integrates AES-256 encryption to protect against unauthorized access and embedded metadata for ownership verification, access control, and lifecycle tracking. The system incorporates Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) (106, 206), enabling owners to assign permissions such as view-only, restricted sharing, or editable access. It features an anti-AI distortion layer (107, 208) that disrupts AI recognition, preventing misuse through manipulation or replication. A real-time notification system (108, 209) alerts owners to unauthorized access attempts, while a self-destruction mechanism (109,207) safeguards sensitive images by securely deleting them after repeated unauthorized attempts. The metadata (104,105,204,205) supports cryptographic timestamps, watermarks, and dynamic updates for enhanced traceability. By combining encryption, tracking, AI misuse prevention, and proactive monitoring in a unified format, PrivSIF addresses modern challenges in digital image security and privacy, offering an innovative and robust solution for diverse applications.
