Abstract: A printing screen plate includes a screen frame and a mesh. The mesh is arranged in the screen frame and consists of a first material layer with a graphic opening and a second material layer with an ink transmission opening. The second material layer is set on top of the first material layer. The ink transmission opening is set corresponding to the graphic opening. The width of the ink transmission opening is greater than the width of the graphic opening. An area of the first material layer corresponding to the ink transmission opening includes a first section in the middle and at least one second section at the side. The average thickness of the first section is less than the average thickness of the second section.
