Abstract: An printed instructions reading assistive device for packaged items, comprises of a cuboidal shaped body 101 developed to be positioned by a user over an edible food item packet, a handle 102 is attached with the body 101 for providing grip to the user while handling the body 101, a rectangular plate 103 arranged on beneath the body 101, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 104 to determine dimensions of the packet, an motorized drawer arrangement to get expanded for properly accommodating the packet on the plate 103, multiple motorized clippers 105 integrated on periphery of the plate 103 to acquire a grip on the packet for securing the packet on the plate 103, and a robotic arm 107 installed on the body 101 and attached with a magnifying glass 108 for magnifying words and alphabets written on the spot in view of facilitating the user read instruction properly.
