Abstract: The present invention relates to a pressure-calibrated illuminated diascopy diagnostic device (100) for standardized examination of a target tissue (20). The device (100) comprises a reusable handle (13), a pressure calibration mechanism (11), a pressure indicator gauge (12), an LED illumination ring (15a), and a disposable transparent tip (18). The pressure calibration mechanism (11) applies controlled pressure through the disposable transparent tip (18), while the pressure indicator gauge (12) visually indicates whether the applied pressure is within a safe pressure zone (22) or an excess pressure zone (23). The LED illumination ring (15a) illuminates the target tissue (20) through the disposable transparent tip (18), thereby improving visibility of the blanching response. The disposable transparent tip (18) is detachable through a locking interface (19) and supports hygienic clinical use.
