Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a computer-implemented method, an apparatus, and a non-transitory computer-readable medium for probabilistic belief predictive monitoring and control of a multi-stage preheater tower in a dry-process cement plant. The present disclosure includes receiving a plurality of process variables from a multi-sensor array disposed across the multi-stage preheater tower. The method includes generating a state-space path by executing a recursive traversal across a sequence of state changes derived from the plurality of process variables. The method includes mapping the state-space path against a historical jamming signature library comprising a plurality of documented jamming pathways.
