Abstract: Prefabricated concrete wall panel using nano-treated concrete Abstract: A prefabricated concrete wall panel and method of manufacture are disclosed. The panel is formed from a nano-treated concrete composition comprising cement, fine aggregate, natural coarse aggregate, and nano-silica-treated recycled coarse aggregate in a ratio of approximately 1:1.78:3.41, with a water-to-cement ratio of 0.38 and reinforced with basalt fibers to enhance tensile strength. The recycled coarse aggregate is pre-soaked in nano-silica solution to improve its mechanical properties prior to mixing. The manufacturing process includes preparing and treating the recycled aggregate, dry mixing the constituent materials, gradually adding water to achieve a workable consistency, casting the mixture into a mold of defined dimensions, demolding after approximately 24 hours, curing in water for 7 to 28 days, and air-drying prior to inspection. The resulting panel exhibits improved compressive strength, reduced water absorption, and enhanced durability, while promoting sustainable construction through the reuse of recycled concrete aggregate.
