Abstract: Abstract Title: PREDICTIVE WORKER SAFETY SYSTEM FOR INDIVIDUALIZED AIRBORNE DUST EXPOSURE MONITORING A predictive worker safety system for individualized airborne dust exposure monitoring comprises a worker identification unit (1), processing unit (2), particulate sensing unit (3), exposure data storage unit (5), predictive risk assessment unit (6), warning indication unit (7), dust extraction unit (8), wireless communication unit (9), and web-based monitoring interface (10). The worker identification unit (1) associates a worker with particulate exposure measurements acquired by the particulate sensing unit (3). The processing unit (2) records exposure duration and worker-specific historical information in the exposure data storage unit (5). The predictive risk assessment unit (6) analyses current particulate concentration together with historical exposure information to determine a worker-specific risk condition. The processing unit (2) activates the warning indication unit (7) and dust extraction unit (8) according to the determined risk condition. The wireless communication unit (9) transmits exposure information to the web-based monitoring interface (10) for real-time worker exposure monitoring and historical trend visualization. Figure - 1
