Abstract: ABSTRACT Predictive Segmented Dynamic Wireless Charging System for Moving Electric Vehicles The present invention provides a predictive segmented dynamic wireless charging system for an electric vehicle (50) moving along a roadway. The system comprises an AC power source (11), EMI filter and protection circuit (12), high-frequency inverter (13), compensation network (14), segmented roadway transmitter coils (15), vehicle detection system (16), segment switching and power control unit (17), central control unit (18), monitoring unit (19), communication interface (20), and protection circuits (21). The electric vehicle (50) includes a receiver coil (51), rectifier (53), DC-DC converter and voltage regulator (54), battery management system (55), and EV battery pack (56). The central control unit (18) selectively energizes transmitter segments (15) according to vehicle movement and can predictively activate an approaching segment before arrival of the receiver coil (51). Wireless energy is rectified and regulated for controlled battery charging while voltage, current, temperature and alignment are monitored for safe operation. Figure-1
