Abstract: ABSTRACT Title: PREDICTIVE SEAL QUALITY MONITORING SYSTEM FOR CONTINUOUS PACKAGING PROCESS ASSESSMENT A predictive seal quality monitoring system for continuous packaging process assessment comprises a monitoring housing (1), a non-contact temperature sensor (2), a packet passage sensor (3), a processing controller (4), a status display (5), a visual status indicator (6), an audible alert unit (7), a communication interface (8), a power supply (9), and a sealing zone (10). The non-contact temperature sensor (2) measures sealing-jaw temperature without physical contact. The packet passage sensor (3) detects pouch movement associated with a sealing cycle. The processing controller (4) associates temperature information with the detected cycle and compares the information against calibrated sealing limits. The processing controller (4) generates PASS, WARNING and FAIL conditions and communicates the conditions through the status display (5), visual status indicator (6), and audible alert unit (7). The communication interface (8) transmits process information for trend logging and monitoring. Figure - 1
