MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611108689 A) filed by Urooj Khan on September 10, 2026, for Predictive Safety System And Method For Agentic Artificial Intelligence.
Inventor includes Urooj Khan.
The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: A predictive safety system (100) for an agentic artificial intelligence is disclosed. The predictive safety system (100) comprises a predictive safety engine (102), a processing unit (104), and a memory (106) storing executable instructions for evaluating a proposed action prior to execution. The predictive safety engine (102) receives a proposed action associated with a task objective and simulates a plurality of potential execution scenarios corresponding to the proposed action. The simulated scenarios are evaluated based on predefined risk parameters including ethical risk, operational risk, and compliance risk. A composite risk score is generated using weighted risk evaluation criteria and is assessed against predefined governance policies and safety constraints. Based on the assessment, the predictive safety engine (102) determines an execution decision comprising execution of the proposed action, escalation of the proposed action for supervisory review, or prevention of execution of the proposed action.
