A digital road mapping module associates detected defects with specific road segments, while an automated authority-mapping engine identifies corresponding maintenance authorities and generates targeted repair notifications. The invention further incorporates a closed-loop verification mechanism configured to validate repair effectiveness using updated monitoring data after maintenance completion. The hybrid sensing architecture improves monitoring coverage in urban and remote regions while minimizing infrastructure cost.
