MUMBAI, India, Aug. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621083272 A) filed by Ronakkumar Shah on July 07, 2026, for Predictive Process Intelligence: Anticipating Bottlenecks And Optimizing Execution Dynamics..
Inventor includes Ronakkumar Shah.
The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT [501] Contemporary enterprise process environments spanning manufacturing, logistics, financial services, and IT operations are severely constrained by reactive monitoring tools that detect bottlenecks, SLA breaches, and resource contention only after they have already degraded throughput, restricting the ability of process owners to intervene proactively and resulting in cumulative downstream delays, escalating operational cost, and diminished customer satisfaction. [505] The present invention discloses a Predictive Process Intelligence system, comprising a modular architecture integrating a Telemetry Ingestion Module for real-time multi-source event acquisition, a Predictive Bottleneck Engine executing ensemble machine-learning forecasting of congestion and deviation risk, a Process Digital Twin Module maintaining a continuously synchronized live simulation of process execution state, an Adaptive Optimization Module computing ranked resource-reallocation and task re-sequencing recommendations, and a Dashboard and Alert Module enabling users to monitor predicted bottlenecks, review recommended actions, apply manual overrides, and issue voice or chat-based queries. [510] The system anticipates execution bottlenecks substantially in advance of their physical occurrence and autonomously recommends corrective resource and sequencing actions to preserve throughput and service- level compliance. Validation through seven-stage sequential development including requirement analysis, modular system design, data pipeline setup, predictive model development, digital twin and optimizer integration, application development, and calibrated testing confirms that the Predictive Process Intelligence system constitutes a novel, cost-effective, and operationally accessible approach to anticipatory process optimization across enterprise execution environments.
