Abstract: [0030] An AI-driven predictive parking space allocation system dynamically reserves parking slots based on predicted user arrival time and real-time traffic conditions. The system integrates an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) prediction engine, a traffic variance estimation module, and a parking slot demand analysis module to compute a reservation confidence score. A dynamic micro- reservation window generator calculates an optimal activation interval. Reservations are activated only when the confidence score exceeds a predefined threshold and the optimal window begins, preventing premature slot blocking and improving parking utilization. The cloud-based system supports mobile application interfaces for efficient search, reservation, and payment. [FIG. 1]
