Abstract: The present invention relates to a predictive operational resilience platform utilizing hybrid deep learning and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) data streams. The platform comprises an industrial data stream acquisition framework, a hybrid deep learning engine, a resilience intelligence processor, a vulnerability identification module, an operational dependency analysis framework, a continuity forecasting subsystem, a resilience knowledge graph repository, an adaptive learning coordinator, a recovery recommendation engine, and a resilience visualization interface. Industrial operational information acquired from distributed IIoT devices, process systems, enterprise applications, and infrastructure networks is continuously processed using multiple deep learning architectures. The platform generates resilience indicators, identifies operational vulnerabilities, evaluates dependency relationships, forecasts continuity conditions, and produces recovery recommendations. A resilience knowledge graph maintains interconnected operational intelligence to improve analytical accuracy and organizational learning. The invention enables proactive resilience assessment, continuity planning, vulnerability mitigation, operational adaptability, and improved industrial decision-making through predictive resilience intelligence derived from real-time industrial data streams
