Abstract: Abstract of the Invention: Conventional farming practices are proving inadequate in the face ofcompounding pressures — unpredictable rainfall, declining soil fertility, rapid population growth, and escalating food-security obligations. This patent discloses the Predictive Intelligent Smart Agriculture (PISA) framework, a tour-phase architectuie coupling IoT sensor networks with machine learning to transform raw field observations into actionable farm management intelligence. Phase 1 establishes a heterogeneous sensor pipeline. Phase 2 constructs the IoT backbone with edge-caching gateways roc/I:icing cloud bandwidth by approximately 60%. Phase 3 integrates MLdecision logic for real-nine anomaly detection and automated irrigation actuation. Phase 4 applies ensemble and deep learning for crop yield forecasting and environmental risk assessment. Benchmarks demonstrate classification accuracies reaching 98.15%, soil classification Fl scores of 0.97, and yield prediction rates of 8545%, sUbStantially surpassing conventional agronomic methods. Precision input delivery achieves fertilizer and pesticide cost reductions of up to 22%.
