The application for the patent was published on August 21, 2026, under issue no. 34/2026.
Abstract: [0041] An intelligent cloud provisioning and predictive cost optimization system for microservice-based cloud environments is disclosed. The system comprises a pre- deployment stage with a workload profiling module, an instance recommendation engine, and a cost and time estimator to analyze application characteristics, determine optimal resource allocation, and project execution costs and times. Following deployment, one or more autonomous machine-learning agents, associated with deployed microservices, continuously monitor resource usage, forecast near-term consumption and cost trends, and proactively execute optimization actions. These actions, such as scaling or scheduling adjustments, prevent projected budget overruns without manual intervention, enabling full lifecycle cloud cost governance. [FIG. 2]
