Abstract: ABSTRACT PREDICTIVE AND ADAPTIVE ELASTIC RESOURCE SCALING FRAMEWORK FOR ENERGY-EFFICIENT MULTI-TENANT CLOUD SYSTEMS The present invention discloses a predictive and adaptive elastic resource scaling framework (100) for multi-tenant cloud computing environments. The framework (100) integrates a resource monitoring module (110) for real- time metric collection, a demand prediction engine (120) employing hybrid frequency-domain analysis and probabilistic modeling for short-term demand forecasting, an adaptive error correction module (130) combining proactive padding (131) and reactive adjustment (132) with SLO feedback integration (133) to compensate for prediction inaccuracies, a conflict-aware resource allocation module (140) featuring predictive virtual machine migration (143) for proactive conflict resolution in multi-tenant scenarios, and an energy optimization module (150) implementing dynamic voltage and frequency scaling for power reduction. A central scaling controller (160) orchestrates all modules as a unified closed-loop control system, achieving reduced SLO violations, improved resource utilization, minimized response time, and enhanced energy efficiency compared to conventional reactive and static scaling approaches.
