Abstract: ABSTRACT Prediction and Early Identification of Neoplasm using Artificial Intelligence The present disclosure relates to an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based system and method for the prediction and early identification of neoplasms using multimodal medical data. The invention integrates radiological images, histopathological images, electronic health records, laboratory reports, genomic information, and patient clinical history into a unified diagnostic framework. A preprocessing module standardizes the acquired data, while an intelligent feature extraction module identifies clinically relevant characteristics associated with neoplasm development. The disclosed system employs a hybrid Artificial Intelligence prediction engine incorporating machine learning and deep learning algorithms to analyze the integrated patient data and predict the presence, classification, and progression risk of neoplasms. An Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) module further provides confidence scores, feature importance, and interpretable diagnostic outputs, enabling healthcare professionals to understand the basis of the generated predictions and supporting informed clinical decision-making. The invention further incorporates a continuous learning mechanism that updates the predictive model using validated clinical outcomes, thereby improving diagnostic performance over time. The proposed system facilitates early cancer screening, reduces dependence on manual interpretation, enhances diagnostic accuracy, and supports personalized treatment planning. The invention is applicable in hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, telemedicine platforms, and intelligent healthcare systems for reliable, scalable, and real-time prediction and early identification of neoplasms.
