Abstract: The present invention relates to a precision agriculture system enabled with artificial intelligence (Al) and Internet of Things (IoT) for real-time monitoring and adaptive control of water and nutrient delivery. The system comprises a water reservoir, pump, filtration and fertigation units, and a network of pipelines with underground drip openings and adaptive emitters configured to deliver water directly to the plant root zone. A plurality of sensors, including soil moisture, temperature, humidity, nutrient gradient, microbial, and fertigation sensors, are positioned at different depths to provide continuous real-time data to an AI-IoT control unit. The control unit processes this data and dynamically regulates irrigation, fertigation, and system operations, while also enabling remote monitoring through a user dashboard. The system further incorporates an anti-clogging pipe vibration mechanism, camera-based pest and disease detection, solar reflector systems for enhanced sunlight distribution, and a Carbon enrichment. The invention provides a co st - effective, scalable, and intelligent solution that improves water efficiency, optimizes nutrient usage, enhances crop productivity, and supports sustainable agricultural practices
